Today we are learning facts about Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin and put it on our blog.

Rhythm Interactive

Today we had Rhythm Interactive and a person named Johnny taught us how to play a Djembe. Then he taught us a some songs by using our hand then playing it on the djembe. Then Johnny taught a song that we had to sing it and clap it then we had to drum it. Then he said that on part of the group had to do one part of the song then the other part of the group had to do the other part of the song and it was a great song when we had it all together then at the end he give us questions and if we get a question correct we get a Djambe, we got all of them correct and we got seven Djambe.

Today we had to do an alphabet key and you have to add space words
for the letters of the alphabet.

Hiwi The Kiwi

Today we had a special day. Because we had Hiwi the Kiwi that came to our school and taught us about fishing and staying safe in the sea and looking after our birds. In the beginning we sang a song that is called kai moana. Then he said that you need a ruler to measurement and fish to see if it was long enough. The songs were called Pukeko and birds. Then he said that if you catch a fish you need a wet towel but not a clean water but you need salty water to pick up the fish and if you pick it up with your hand and that will damage the skin and if you throw it back in sea and that will kill them. Then he said that there was a bird called black petrel and one of them died because there was a milk bottle lid in it's stomach. Then at the end they gave Angela got a badge and then we went back to our classes. 

At the zoo we saw lions, elephant, zebras, huge turtles and a cheetah. My favourite animal was a cheetah because it is the fastest animal in the world.

Ceres was discovered in 1801.
Ceres never accumulated enough matter to get larger than the 950 kilometers
in diameter. Ceres has zero moons. Scientist say that there is liquid under Ceres. Ceres takes five years to finish its orbit around the sun. Ceres is a
dwarf planet that is in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. Ceres
are 9 hours in a day. If you have a telescope you can look in the asteroid
belt and find Ceres.

Today we had to make a comment on LS1's blog I wrote a comment on Aliqwa's blog. How I made a good comment is I used 5 things to make a good comment. The first thing to make a comment is to be specific and give a greeting and feedback. The nest thing to make a good comment is to add new information. The next thing to make a good comment is to make a connection. The fourth thing to make a good comment is to ask a question. The last thing to make a good comment is to profread and that is how to make a good comment.
