I accomplished to beat a Demon challenge up to 100 on addition.
I got a total of 100/100. My time was 5 minutes and 43 seconds.
My mission is to beat 5 minutes and 43 seconds on the same level.
I need to do a harder level on addition.

Teamwork
Teamwork is a term to describe a group of people working together to achieve a goal.
Team consists of the three main mechanisms.
Commuication is talking to each other and sharing information. Commuication uses thinking and explaining an idea. An example of communication in dodgeball is when people talk about a plan to defeat the other team.
Cooperation is helping and protecting each other. Cooperation is telling someone about a person attacking them. An example of this in dodgeball is planning a technique to beat the other players and everyone follows the plan.
Collaboration is working together to achieve something. In dodgeball collaboration is working together to defeat the other opponents. In a game this could be shown by half of the team aiming for one person and the rest of the team are defending.
Making connection
Making connections allows people to connect with themselves, other text, and the world. There are 3 different kinds of connections and they are: text to self, text to text, and text to world.
Text to self is when writing a text from the book and think of something the same as what the text is.
For example The duck had a party with her friends from the village. The duck’s friends had a party because the highway rat stole was gone. The self to text for it is I have parties when something important or exciting happens. These can connect because both celebrate something important.
Text to text is when getting a text and find a book that is kind of the same. For example the duck tricks the rat saying she has a sister. The duck was trying to avoid the rat from being eaten. The text to the text of this is the mouse in the Gruffalo tells the snake, fox and owl that he has a friend called the Gruffalo. So he won’t be eaten by them. These can connect because they both used trickery.
Text to world is when taking a text and finding something bad that's happening in the world that is kind of
the same as the text. For example the duck went to retrieve the food to the villagers. The duck had to find a way to return the villagers food back. The text to the world is that people are making food for homeless people around the world. These can connect because they both give food out to people.
Making connections is a way to help understand the text, to other texts, to yourself and the world.

Marc Duffy Role Model
Marc Duffy is a reader that had some hard problems in life but he turned it around and he became a successful person.
Part of Marcs life is that Marc didn't know how to read. He read from right to left and that made Marc's think to himself that he was not smart.
A fact about Marc is that had been send to pisison for borrowering cars and not giving them back because he was friends with bad people. In pision he saw a teacher who taught him how to read. When he left he had a school certificate and a diploma in business.
Marc was one of New Zealands Boxing lightweight champs for five years.
Marc learnt the trade of a builder and owned his own business. Marc used to worked for Bunnings fiiting our their stores. Now he mangers the largest store in New Zealand at Hamilton.
Marc moved just back to University to become a counsellor. Marc travels around the world talking to different schools.

Multiplication is a fast way of add the same number many times. The three, four and six table are examples of multiplication.
The three times table are multiplying three by a number group. The four times table are multiplying four by a number group. The six times table are multiplying six by a number group.
The times table are an easy way to remember basic multiplication equations. The next times table to learn are seven, eight and nine times tables

Minecraft Guide To Exploration
I read the whole book of Minecraft Guide to Exploration. The illustrator of the book is Ryan Marsh.
This book talks about the landscape in Minecraft, naturally-generated structures and monster and animals.
They're different kinds of landscapes like (exteme hills, flower biomes,)
They're even different kinds of animals and monsters like ( illgers, pillagers, villagers,)
Naturally-generated structures like (jungle temple, dungoen)
I enjoyed this book because it talks about information about mobs and buildings. Others could read this book if they haven't played minecraft before.Teamwork | HPE

I finished a maths task called Speed Demon challenge. A Speed Demon challenge is compelete adding and subtracting numbers up to 10 with a fast time.
I got a total of 100/100. My time was 2 minutes and 20 seconds
My goal was to beat 5 minutes and 54 seconds. Now my new time is 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

Character Trait
Inferring is using clues in the text and prior knowledge to help understand the text. Inferring helped find character traits for the Duck in the story The Highway Rat.
The characteristics of the duck is what kind of person they are. Each character has different adjectives and examples to show how the character is kind, brave, heroic.
The duck was planning how to rid of the rat. Duck: fearless, happy, heroic, clever, nice. The words that were wrote was to describe the duck.
Using character traits can help readers understand how or why the character would do something.

Fact or Opinion
I compeleted my task called fact and opinion on the highway rat.
I wrote down facts from the story. For example: The duck told the rat she has a sister.
Then I wrote down my opinion on why the character would do something in the book.
After that I wrote down adjectives to describe the character traits in the highway rat. For example The duck had to find a way to return the villagers food back. So the duck is helpful, brave, clever, caring, friendly,
Inferring is using clues in the text and my prior knowledge to help my understanding of the text.
I need to work on my opinion because it didn't make sense.Multiplication
I accomplished to finish my multiplication slide.
My group and I got a unknown amount of counters. We put the counters into groups of numbers from 2 to 10. We took a big group of unknown a amount.
Then we split them into small groups of 5. We counted the number of groups. We used multiplication to figure out the unknown amount that is 25. So 5x5=25.
I enjoyed doing multiplication. I need to do small groups of 6,7,8 and 9 times tables.
