how can you stay safe in the sea

  • Always try and swim where other people are swimming.

  • At a surf beach  always swim between the flags.


  • If you get caught in a rip put you hand straight up above your head and shout HELP!


  • Always swim diagonally to the beach when you get caught in a rip.
