Kowhaiwhai Patterns
This week for Summer Learning Journey I made a koru art by using the copy and paste button it took me some thinking to do. I made waves and it looks liek this. I changed the background to represent summer.
Hello Xavier, this is Elle from the Summer Learning Journey again.
Wow you’ve been busy on your blog today!
I really like your kowhaiwhai pattern and how it looks like waves - it makes me want to go for a swim! I really like the colours that you used as well; they are very summery. I think it’s awesome that you added a little sun to further suggest that your art takes place at the beach!
Thank you for also explaining how you made your picture and what challenged and inspired you as you created it! Have you been swimming yet this summer? Do you prefer the beach or a pool?
Well done and keep going with the awesome blog posts!
